Neighbourhood watch: BE CAREFUL! More buildings are deteriorating!
Downtown is in a havoc, with old choices proving to be unstable with age, more and more buildings are deteriorating, mostly in residential areas. A representative from the builders' union has this to say: "Due to unfortunate circumstances in our nation, especially during 1980, have caused poor quality of construction, which has resulted in those buildings falling apart. However, it seems there were some structural upgrades, as most of them have just edges or small areas falling off. This, however, is no reason to not take care of this." Other citizens share a similar opinion but would just like the rubble to stay so they can have "awesome ramps". More about this in the next neighbourhood watch segment.

New construction company starts rebuilding Long St. in town!
A new, foreign construction company has recently expressed interest in our town and has opened up a Construction Office up in the village and have taken upon the project of renovating Long St. on the edge of downtown. Fog is thicker, but people say that they "Feel more efficient"
Weather Forecast has called this ages ago, but there's a super slim chance of the fog going away, even during summer! The reason, however, is not known. But the citizens are coping amazingly, saying that they feel a lot better with the fog, even those who have previously expressed issues with our weather circumstances. Some even report feeling like they move smoother, and more swiftly. More about this on page 7.

Mayor of Snöig stad has permitted utility poles to be constructed!
In the mayor's campaign they have previously sold the thought of village finally getting utility poles in the village, however that hasn't happened - until this week! The mayor just gave a permit to the new construction company (re. title 2), to construct utility to the village. It's yet to come to fruition, but an area is being built for an office of some sort. Thankfully, the utility infrastructure in downtown had been built even before this mayor was elected, and it was built underground to prevent wires getting knocked down. So the villagers are happy that they no longer need to visit the town hall to watch massive events. More about this on page 10.

Evergreen Lawrence Offices have a new Open Doors policy! "Come and visit!"
A staple in the village, long-running E.L. offices have recently decided to revamp their offices, and this includes letting visitors come! This should simplify their work format and should help with their recruitment problems. More about this on page 2. this is a paid ad.
